Beans will enrich your soil with nitrogen fixation, and provide you with lots of vitamins. While the plants love warmth and full sun, they will cease to set fruit when our temperatures exceed 90 F. Leave the plants in the ground and watered during the heat to provide flowers for your bee friends and they will begin to set fruit again in late summer or early fall.
